SAFE GUARDING POLICY

Introduction

At FABA drama, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where children and young people aged 7–18 can thrive creatively and socially. The safety and wellbeing of all students is our highest priority.

Our Commitment

We aim to:

  • Promote the welfare of every child and young person in our care

  • Protect them from harm, abuse, or neglect

  • Respond swiftly and effectively to any safeguarding concerns

  • Provide staff with training to understand and carry out their safeguarding responsibilities

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Our DSL is Prisca Bakare, who oversees all safeguarding matters and acts as the primary point of contact. You can reach them at prisca.bakare@gmail.com.
